Ray Swetman has been involved in genealogy and family history since 1994.
He has documented his own Swetman family’s story from the Quaker (RSOF) family
persecution in 18th century England, immigration to Canada in 1820 and ultimately America in 1873. Ray is a member of the Son’s of the American Revolution (SAR) and has been the Chapter

Ray is a member of the Son’s of the American Revolution (SAR) and has been the Chapter Genealogist for the Oaks Chapter of SAR, assisting prospective new members in proving their lineage to American Revolution Patriots.

Ray earned the Genealogist designation, from The International Association of Professions Career College. He is a member of the Ontario (Canada) Genealogical Society and the Oakland County (Michigan) Genealogical Society.
He is a graduate of Northwood University achieving Bachelor of Business Administration degree and the Graduate Sch
